have been cooking/baking quite alot and awesome, i love it!

k2 and k4 timings have to IMPROVE!

training isnt something that gives you a choice. you cant choose to come or not to come. i dont get them, why cant they commit themselves? i do hope that everyone has the same goal for nats 09.
